According to the publication, the leader among refrigerators is Indesit, owned by Turkish Arçelik, with a share of almost 16%. This is followed by Belarusian Atlant with a 9.8% share and Chinese Haier with a 9.8% share.
Among the washing machines, Russians mostly preferred Candy, which is owned by Hier and covers more than 15% of the market. This is followed by Indesit with 14% and Beko with 13.5%.
“Russians react predominantly positively to the new environment of brands presented with a focus on the quality of goods, technical capabilities and cost,” said a representative of partner retailer M.Video – Eldorado.
