The speaker noted that the partnership between Moscow and New Delhi has expanded significantly during the year. Currently, countries cooperate in military, security, science and technology fields.
Additionally, Sonowal noted the “huge potential” for trade with Russia through the East Sea Corridor. The route runs between ports on the east coast of India and the Far East region of the Russian Federation.
