Putin also emphasized that the possibility of misuse of privileged mortgages must be stopped.
A 6% interest family mortgage program was launched in 2018. Depending on its terms, you can get a loan to build a private house, an apartment in a new building, buy a plot of land or refinance an existing mortgage in the primary market.
The program is valid until July 1, 2024. On Putin’s instructions, this practice was later expanded to include families with two children under the age of 18.
