The Government of Ukraine has submitted a proposal to the National Security and Defense Council to ban all transport links with Russia for 50 years. The Ukrainian publication “Economic Truth” writes about this.
The decision stipulates that direct air traffic between Ukraine and the Russian Federation will be banned and Russians will not be able to use Ukrainian airspace.
Vehicles registered in the Russian Federation will also be prohibited from entering Ukraine. Additionally, rail traffic is banned in all customs regimes for persons with ties to Russia. The ban also applies to sea and river transport.
