Representatives of the LDPR in the State Duma of the Russian Federation proposed a bill that would allow to revise housing and communal services fees in case of an error when calculating the payment. writes about this TASS.
Recalculation will only occur for bona fide payers and will be limited to 90 days before the payment is due. At the same time, project developers noted that the Housing Code of the Russian Federation does not provide for liability of management organizations, homeowners’ associations, housing cooperatives, resource supply organizations and individual entrepreneurs for incorrect calculations and increased payments for expired periods.
LDPR leader Leonid Slutsky noted that many families are forced to spend a third of their budget on housing and communal services, so resource supply organizations should be responsible for their work and not impose their mistakes on citizens. The proposed law would limit recalculations to three months and prevent utility providers from recalculating payments retroactively.
Before that in government reported about the very rapid deterioration of housing and communal services.
Previously in Russia grew up sale of generators during accidents.
