Kazakhstan’s national operator KazTransOil JSC has increased tariffs for pumping oil from Russia through its section of the TON-2 pipeline, effective January 1. This has been reported Web site Network.

According to KazTransOil JSC, the tariff change order was approved by the chairman of the company’s board of directors at the beginning of December 2023. Then the transit fee for 1 thousand kilometers was 9.3 dollars per ton. These parameters have been set since 2018.
The main pipeline TON-2 (Tuymazy – Omsk – Novosibirsk-2) has a production capacity of 10 million tons per year. The design capacity of TON-2 can reach 18 million tons per year.
