In 2023, an increase in the number of transactions in the primary and secondary real estate markets in Tatarstan was recorded. It’s About Real Time said Deputy Chairman of Tatarstan Rosreestr Liliya Burganova.

According to him, in total for 11 months of this year, the ministry recorded about 23.5 thousand agreements (DDU) for participation in joint construction and more than 219 thousand transfers of rights based on purchase and sale agreements (SPA).

“This year Tatarstanians began to use Rosreestr’s online services more often. More than 20 thousand applications, constituting 90% of the total, were received by our department electronically for the registration of contracts for participation in joint construction. “Last year, this figure was only 77%,” he said.

The number of transactions in which credit funds were used increased by 60 percent compared to last year, reaching 101 thousand.
