Kazakhstan and Russia have agreed on the possibility of transporting up to 1.2 million tons of oil to Germany in 2024 through the Druzhba oil pipeline system. This was reported by TASS With reference to the Ministry of Energy of the Republic.

“Currently the parties, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, have agreed on the technical feasibility of transporting along this route in the same volumes, up to 1.2 million tons per year, until 2024,” the ministry said.

Before that the Senate (Parliament) of Kazakhstan approved Protocol on amendments to agreements on oil supplies with the Russian Federation.
