“The wages of those who receive a fixed salary and will rest during the holiday will remain the same and will not decrease in any way. “They will receive the same salary as they always have,” said the expert.
However, Yarmush stated that the salary may be increased if the employee works on holidays.
“If an employee is ready to go on holiday, he or she will either be given leave or paid at twice the work rate,” the lawyer said.
However, he concluded that this was only possible with the employee’s consent.
