The federal budget of the Russian Federation for 2024-2026 provides about 600 billion rubles for indexation of insurance pensions. This was reported by TASS With reference to the press service of the Ministry of Finance.

“Almost 600 billion rubles will be allocated for indexation of insurance pensions,” the ministry said.

According to the ministry, insurance pensions of unemployed elderly Russians will be indexed by 7.5% from January 1, 2024, taking into account the estimated inflation rate. The average payment in 2024 will be 23,244 thousand rubles.
