Ukraine’s public debt continues to grow – reaching a new historical record of $136.35 billion at the end of October, the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance reported.

The country’s Ministry of Finance stated that the state’s external debt accounts for 68.04% of the total debt ($92.77 billion), while Ukraine’s internal debt accounts for 31.96% ($43.57 billion).
The ministry’s report states that Ukraine’s state and state-guaranteed debt amount increased by 2.72 billion dollars in October 2023.
