Markiyan Dmitrasevich, head of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy of Ukraine, reported that there was a fuel shortage and problems with delivery due to the blockade of the Polish-Ukrainian border by Polish cargo carriers. This was reported by RIA News referring to Ukrainian media.
