MTS announced the launch of a cloud-based video surveillance service for enterprise customers in the form of a flexible “boxed” solution that allows you to quickly set up 24-hour video surveillance in a facility with minimal investment in infrastructure.

Thus, the service allows you to control the safety of employees and property from anywhere in Russia, quickly resolve incidents, monitor and manage business processes without being on the premises and without fear of data security.

As Oleg Aldoshin, vice president of corporate and new business development at MTS, said, the main advantage of cloud video surveillance services is that the user does not need to purchase expensive equipment, and the recorded video image is not lost or deleted due to malfunctions. by intruders.

“As a telecom operator, cloud provider and IT solutions provider, MTS is ready to provide its customers with additional benefits such as high-speed communication channels, increased assurance of video archives security through multiple backups. As a broad range of services from the ecosystem of our services,” he added.

The company explained that it is enough to have an internet connection from any operator, IP camera, personal computer or mobile device to connect to the service. There is no need for DVR, server, software and other equipment.

“Video images in HD/FullHD format are processed and stored in MTS data centers in Russia. For customers, the service is available through a web account as well as mobile apps on iOS and Android platforms.”

In addition, service users get 24-hour remote access to IP cameras and video archives, among other functions. The IP cameras themselves are equipped with smart modules such as motion detection, sudden change in volume, human detection, sabotage and others.

MTS also provides installation, configuration and operation of the service, including the storage of the video archive for up to 30 days, depending on the tariff.
