Bank DOM.RF has implemented end-to-end lending for entrepreneurs and Tochka businesses through the interface of another credit institution. In less than a month of the project, 492 applications worth 570 million rubles were approved. This was reported by bank representatives at the Finopolis-2023 forum on innovative financial technologies.
We are talking about the full automation of the loan granting process, from receiving and approving an application to issuing the loan and further servicing.
“Bank DOM.RF pays special attention to the research and implementation of new technological solutions aimed at reducing costs and simplifying the customer journey. In particular, we continue our path towards digitalization: the partnership with Tochka is another important step in supporting small and medium-sized businesses in Russia,” said Anna Kornelyuk, director of the Small and Medium Business department at DOM.RF Bank.
According to him, easy access to bank loan products and the ability to manage finances in real time saves entrepreneurs significant time and contributes to the development of their companies.
Among other advantages of integration: for customers the process takes place without additional requirements for opening a current account, turnover transfer and other “hidden” lending conditions. One in three entrepreneurs (35%) who applied for a loan within the scope of the joint project of DOM.RF Bank and Tochki operate in trade, 17% operate in the real estate and construction sector, and 15% of customers operate in the field of transportation. and cargo transportation.
“Now our customers can get a loan without opening an account at a partner bank. This integration was a continuation of our multi-bank concept; all the products needed for the business in one window,” said Anton Shkuratov, Tochka’s new business development manager.
