Alfa-Bank received platinum status in the ranking of Russia’s best employers 19:37

Forbes magazine has published the ranking of the best employers in Russia according to the results of 2022. Alfa-Bank was one of the leaders in the rating, which received 2 platinum awards, the company’s press service reported.

Experts noted Alfa-Bank’s initiatives in all areas of HR: work with universities across the country, free training for IT specialists, programs where every employee can learn a new profession for free – to become a developer, data scientist or mass specialist.
The jury also appreciated Alfa-Bank for opening IT clusters in Novosibirsk, Barnaul and Ulyanovsk, as well as opening 2 coworking spaces in Sochi, on the seashore and in the mountains.

According to the bank’s general director Vladimir Verkhoshinsky, Alfa-Bank implements a digital approach in the development of not only customer service but also HR, which allows it to achieve visible results.

“We are taking care of the team, we are actively going to the regions, we are training fintech specialists across the country, we are launching artificial intelligence programs in more than 300 universities, “Getting into Alpha” is becoming the dream of thousands of children, and this is just the beginning,” Verkhoshinsky shared.

The new rating of the best employers in Russia includes 125 companies. These were evaluated according to three key parameter blocks: “Employees and Society”, “Ecology” and “Corporate Governance”. In two of these, the bank received the highest rating of “platinum” from the expert jury.

The Forbes Best Employers ranking was compiled for the first time in 2019.
