The minister noted that the industrial and logistics park has a convenient location for the transportation of goods. The R-255 “Siberia” with access to this highway from the park is located near the Novosibirsk – Irkutsk federal highway and also has a railway line connecting to the Moshkovo station.
The minister announced that the investor of the project is AllianceTransTorg LLC, which specializes in wood processing. The total investment of the project is 100 million rubles, and the industrial and logistics park area is 20.3 hectares. The main activities of the park are established production in the fields of woodworking, grain processing and logistics (cargo handling and transportation of grain, grain products and wood products).
“The investment project is being implemented on the territory of a former repair facility. Currently, the company is renovating the plant, restoring facilities (electricity, heat, water), purchasing equipment, restoring part of production buildings and creating new warehouse complexes on the territory of the Moshkovsky industrial and logistics park,” Reshetnikov added.
