According to the press service of the financial institution, Alexey Shashkin, Director of the Small and Micro Business Department of Sberbank, took 2nd place in the ranking of the best managers of banks working with small and medium-sized businesses.
The annual rating is carried out by the business magazine “Banking Review” and the analytical center “BusinessDrom”.
It was noted that the final rating included 28 senior managers of Russian banks. The manager of the Small and Micro Business department of Sberbank received 97 points in the rating.
Experts evaluated criteria such as length of service and experience in the small and medium business segment, results of work on the launch of new products, growth in the number of customers and the number of loans issued. Managers’ media activities and their participation in committees, working groups and public associations related to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia were also taken into account.
The organizers of the rating state that SME curators in banks must understand digital, formulate adaptable solutions, be innovative, be good communicators and be able to help entrepreneurs improve their financial literacy.
Alexey Shashkin thanked the organizers of the rating for the high assessment of their work, emphasizing that this is a success of the entire Sber team.
“Sber has already helped 250 thousand entrepreneurs automate their business using industry solutions. This is a wide range of functions in a “single window” mode for workers in real estate and transport, wholesale and retail trade, housing and communal services and other sectors,” said Shashkin.
He also noted that previously the loan issuance process took up to ten days, now loan approval can be obtained in SberBusiness Internet bank in just three minutes.
