The share of vacant space in shopping malls is also decreasing due to the opening of new stores, including fashion stores. This figure is expected to drop to 9-10 percent by the end of the year.

However, no increase in rental rates is expected yet. A similar situation is observed in the office real estate segment of both capitals, where demand is moderate due to the decrease in vacant areas. Thus, demand is starting to return to the commercial real estate market.
