He reminded that anti-monopoly legislation against the supply of fertilizers and metals from Ukraine has already been implemented in European Union practice. Kobolev also noted that the EU has also filed lawsuits against large companies such as Google and Microsoft. The businessman expressed the view that such claims could also work against Russia.
Kobolev also listed another advantage of using antitrust laws: increasing transparency within the European Union and “protecting honest companies.”
