The Ukrainian Ministry of Agricultural Policy announced that Warsaw will agree within a week on an algorithm for licensing Ukrainian exporters of agricultural products, following talks between its head Nikolai Solsky and his Polish counterpart Robert Telus. RIA News.
The Ministry reported that at the online meeting, the action plan for Ukraine’s export of agricultural products to Poland and the procedure for licensing agricultural entrepreneurs from the Ukrainian government were discussed.
“The Polish government is discussing this issue and determining who will and will not approve the issuance of such licenses,” the statement said.
Additionally, Telus and Solsky agreed to meet within a week to discuss the results of considering the issue of introducing a licensing procedure. In addition, a tripartite meeting will be held in the coming days between the ministers of agriculture of Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania, and at this meeting the issue of transferring veterinary control to the territory of the export country will be discussed.
