According to Reshetnikov, the inflation rate in the “December-December” period of 2023 will be 7.5%. The Minister also emphasized that the average annual inflation next year is estimated at 7.2%.
“We expect it to decrease by 4.5% from December to December 2024, but it will still be at very visible levels throughout next year,” he added.
