According to Putin, the construction of high-speed railways will also be his flagship project. In the first stage, Moscow, Tver, Veliky Novgorod and St. Communication is planned between St. Petersburg and later between the capital and other cities of the country.
The Russian leader believes that such initiatives will qualitatively improve the lives of millions of people.
