It was noted that the results of the registration show that there will be a serious struggle for parliamentary and deputyship in the elections to be held.

The report therefore records the overwhelming majority of candidates nominated due to the increase in the quality of party work. According to the results of the pre-registration as of August 17, 74,000 candidates were registered – more than 63,000 parties and more than 10,000 self-nominated candidates. At the same time, the registration rejection rate for all 2023 campaigns is extremely low across the country. It does not exceed 1.5% of the number of candidates.

At the same time, the activities of the parties and their willingness to participate in the elections on a large scale are confirmed at the registration stage.

In addition, fund experts point out that the election system is open, clear and smooth.

“The electoral commissions at the registration stage have been charitable, faultless and faultless, and have themselves protected parties and candidates from them, providing opportunities for corrections when duly permitted. The exception was Khakassia, where Russia’s CEC was essentially forced to take over the functions of the republican commission and restore justice and order,” the message says.
