The publication reports that the demand for rental apartments will rise to 12% due to two increases in the key rate due to the depreciation of the ruble. Due to this measure of the Central Bank, mortgage lending has become inaccessible to a part of the population.
Other reasons for the increase in housing prices are seasonal: First of all, we are talking about the arrival of students in big cities to study. Moreover, the demand for rental housing is recovering after a sharp decline in September 2022, on the backdrop of mobilization in Russia, in connection with the departure of citizens abroad.
