The price of the 95th gasoline at gas stations increased by 25 kopecks to 55.57 rubles per liter. According to the statistics of the association, according to the results of the last four weeks, the price of one liter of AI-92 has increased by 97 kopecks, AI-95 – by 1.08 rubles.
Last week, the price of gasoline increased at a network of six gas stations within the MTA’s monitoring area. Most importantly, fuel prices rose at Neftmagistral’s gas stations. There, the price of AI-92 and AI-95 simultaneously increased by 50 kopecks to 51.77 rubles/l and 57.69 rubles/l, respectively. At least – at gas stations under the Teboil brand. There, AI-92 and AI-92 increased by 1 kopeck and 8 kopecks to 49.34 rubles/l and 54.55 rubles/l, respectively.
The weighted average diesel price at gas stations increased by 12 kopecks to 59.25 rubles/l.
At the same time, wholesale prices of motor gasoline also stopped growing. According to the St. Petersburg International Trade and Raw Materials Exchange, the price of the 92nd gasoline at auction on August 8 fell by 0.48% to 61,473 rubles per ton. The price of 95 rose 0.49% to 67,714 rubles per tonne, but quotas remained significantly lower than last week’s historical record, when they approached 70 thousand rubles per ton. Gasoline is becoming more expensive in Russia as an alternative supply emerges, said Grigory Bazhenov, head of the Independent Fuel Association Analytical Center.
