State Duma Deputy Chairman Boris Chernyshov proposed introducing an additional day off to work under stress. He sent a letter to the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova with the corresponding initiative, reports TASS.
According to him, “the events of the past two years have caused, as noted by many experts, a widespread state of stress and emotional exhaustion among working Russians.”
The MP believes that for those who work in areas where stress is an integral part of the work process, an additional leave should be granted once a month on any date convenient for a person.
In response, Mikhail Shmakov, head of the Russian Federation of Independent Trade Unions (FNPR), said: DEA News”He said his organization is ready to support this proposal, but its implementation is unlikely.
“We will support it, the venture is interesting, the PR move is good, the feasibility is 0.01%,” said Shmakov.
He added that such problems were resolved in the Russian tripartite commission for the regulation of social and labor relations, which would not approve of Chernyshov’s initiative.
