The company’s press service said that Sber is launching its own esports competitions for the first time. The Dota 2 video game tournament will be held with the support of the Russian Computer Sports Federation (FCS).
Participants will be determined based on 4 qualifications. In the final stage, 8 teams will take the stage, so you will have to reach the finals in the knockout competitions in order to advance to the main stage.
The winning team will represent Sber at the international Open Esports Games 2023. In addition, the champions will receive sponsorship from Sberbank, as well as a coach who will help the team prepare for the tournament.
2.-4. The teams that will take the place will win from 50,000 to 250,000 rubles.
In parallel, the organizers will hold another one-on-one championship. The winner will receive a prize – a SberBoom smart speaker with Salyut virtual assistant.
