“Also, of course, each media outlet can stock up on its own accord and organize its own database of photos so as not to take these photos from somewhere free access, the network,” the lawyer added.

Dmitry Vasilenko, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Science, Education and Culture of the Federation Council, also noted that the maximum fine should be significantly reduced from five million to 100 thousand rubles. Then, according to him, lawsuits will cease to be profitable.
