In the first six months of 2023, the prices of country houses and summer cottages in Moscow have almost halved at 37 million rubles. In this respect writer Lenta.ru refers to data from Restate.

According to experts, houses and cottages in the capital, including New Moscow, have become 37 million rubles cheaper. On average, such an object will now cost 35.6 million rubles. At such a price you can buy a seven-room cottage of 200 square meters in New Moscow.

In terms of price reduction, Chelyabinsk is in second place. In this city, prices for cottages and summer cottages have fallen by 40%, and the average price of a plot of land is 4.2 million rubles. The third line went to Sochi, where such real estate depreciated by 27% in price.

June 24, the newspaper Izvestia cites data from the federal company Etazhi Wrotethat recently investors’ demand for unfinished houses in the Russian domestic market has increased. One of the main reasons for this trend was the relatively affordable price of acquiring this type of real estate.
