The draft proposes an amendment to the law “On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs”. Accordingly, businesses will be able to receive copies of founding documents in electronic form and free of charge.
The amendments were developed by the Ministry of Finance and approved by the Council of Ministers in April. Finance Minister Anton Siluanov later noted that this would reduce paperwork and reduce costs for copy buyers. According to the Minister, the receipt of copies of documents from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in electronic form will be required by enterprises.
