Crimean Transport Minister Nikolai Lukashenko said that two large landing craft (BDK) have started transporting cars at the Kerch ferry crossing. It has been reported DEA News.
The Minister also pointed out that the traffic jam of 260 cars in the direction from the Crimea to the bridge has decreased noticeably and does not exceed 300 meters.
Prior to this, the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Vitaly Savelyev, during the meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with members of the government about the situation on the Crimean bridge, stated that the Russian Ministry of Defense is ready to provide two landing craft. On July 1, a traffic jam formed on the Crimean bridge, and by the evening of the same day it stretched for 9 km from the Kuban.
