The Government of the Russian Federation has defined a list of confidential corporate information that issuers of securities may continue to not disclose to protect themselves from sanctions. In this respect reported on the cabinet website.
Added the press service of the Council of Ministers, companies subject to sanctions, banks authorized in the field of state defense orders, organizations registered or operating in the Crimea, Sevastopol and new regions of the Russian Federation, as well as structures of the military-industrial complex will be able to hide data.
In the message, it was added that companies can disclose information in abbreviated form if they are of the opinion that it will not result in any sanctions against them.
In addition, there is a narrower list of data that is allowed to be turned off. Required where the publisher itself does not belong to the above structures, but the information posted may relate to a person who may be subject to restrictions.
