At the same time, buyers’ demand began to shift towards finished housing, as the cost of purchasing is now more affordable than for new buildings.
Market participants thought that buyers are now trying to find offers that will bring maximum benefit to them and that the activity in the market has doubled compared to last year. However, this behavior of buyers creates a sense of heightened interest, so sellers try to raise prices. In addition, the weakening of the ruble could cause prices to rise, which will bring even more potential home buyers to the market.
