The biggest shortage of new buildings in the Moscow real estate market is observed in three regions. These include the administrative districts of Zelenograd (ZelAO), Vostochny (VAO) and South-West (SWAO), informs The newspaper Izvestia, which refers to the statistical data of the analysts of the NDV Supermarket Real Estate company.
