The Cabinet of Ministers presented proposals to the President of the Russian Federation on the indexation of pensions, the minimum wage (minimum wage) and social benefits. This was announced by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection, Anton Kotyakov, on Monday (May 9th).
“Today we sent our proposals to the government apparatus and the government presented them to the president,” he said.

He explained that there were “several script conditions”. “It is discussed with us in principle and there are also expert opinions. “At the level of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, working groups have been created that monitor enterprises experiencing certain difficulties on a weekly basis and offer a wide range of support methods for enterprises and citizens at risk of dismissal. Today we can observe a definite result, ”said Kotyakov. According to him, there are currently 3.1 million unemployed in the country.
