Alfa-Bank has opened a paid internship “I Choose Alpha” for students, undergraduates and graduates, the bank’s press service reported. It was noted that this internship will be the 10th internship conducted by Alfa-Bank.
“This year Alfa-Bank celebrates the anniversary of the I Choose Alfa program. For 10 years, we are proud to have the most talented students arranging for internships. “Every year, hundreds of interns stay with our team and continue to build the future of the financial industry with us,” said Marat Ismagulov, Alfa-Bank HR Director.
As stated in the bank, the bank opened 10 internship areas this year. These include Data Science, IT, cybersecurity, project management, marketing, compliance and HR.
Depending on the program, internships can be completed in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and other cities of Russia, it is also stated that it will be held offline and online.
“To become an intern at Alpha, you need to apply before July 1 and solve a test case. The interview date is determined individually for the candidate, according to the passage of the selection stages,” he says in the message.
Alfa-Bank said the internship takes between 3 and 6 months. At the same time, the best candidates will be recruited by the bank for permanent employment.
Recall that the program “I Choose Alpha” has existed since 2013. In 2022, more than 80% of the interns remained in the Alfa-Bank team.
