Ukraine’s National Security Council (NSDC) Secretary Oleksiy Danilov reported that Kiev is ready to handle the transit of Russian ammonia for export via pipeline from Tolyatti to Odessa. TASS.
According to him, this subject is “very difficult”.
“The only thing that can be said is that the issue can be considered if the conditions for our country are guaranteed by our partners,” said Danilov.
At the same time, he pointed out that this does not mean that the Ukrainian side is “obliged to give consent”.
The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council did not specify what circumstances he had in mind. He also said that they are concerned with the possibilities of exporting grain, which accumulates in the ports of Ukraine and which Kiev wants to send for export.
“If any decision is taken, it will definitely be in our national interest and security,” said Danilov.
