“The Ministry of Industry and Trade, together with Russian computer equipment manufacturers, is considering the possibility of restricting the parallel import of products of more than 20 foreign brands into Russia, including Acer, IBM, Dell and others,” the document says.

In the memo, the Ministry of Economic Development (Ministry of Economic Development) recommends adding IBM, Dell, HP, Cisco, Hitachi and other well-known foreign computer technology and equipment manufacturers to the list.
