“The UN and Turkey are working closely with other parties to continue full-scale operations … and to remove all barriers hindering operations and limiting the scope of the initiative,” the world organization said in a statement.
According to Reuters, Odessa’s Yuzhny port has been closed to all ships since April 29.
UN Secretary-General Spokesperson Stephane Dujarric declarationthat the organization continues to work in various directions to solve problems related to Russian food and fertilizer exports. Dujarric stressed that the UN is trying to support these issues “so that as much food and fertilizer as possible is delivered to those in distress”.
In contrast, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs declarationIf Rosselkhozbank is not affiliated with SWIFT, the terms of the grain deal will expire on July 17.
