The authorities of China’s Heilongjiang province intend to strengthen cooperation with the Amur Region. It has been reported TASS Referring to Wang Yixin, Deputy Governor of the China region.
The Chinese official noted that the PRC plans to seize the historic opportunity to improve relations at all levels.
