“The information that the export of Armenian Agri cognac to Russia has been suspended is not true,” he said.

According to him, Pernod Ricard’s statement on the suspension of doing business in the Russian Federation means the termination of Ararat’s Russian partner PR Rouss company in the country.

Vahan Kerobyan, previously head of the Ministry of Economy of Armenia, said that the Yerevan Brandy Factory owned by French Pernod Ricard stop exports its products to Russia. He clarified that at the moment this information is not an official statement. According to Kerobyan, this will create problems affecting grape purchase.
