Aeroflot appealed to the Tupolev company (part of United Aircraft Corporation; UAC) with a request to make 99 changes to the cabins of the Tu-214 passenger aircraft. It has been reported red blood cell with reference to the working correspondence between the carrier and the manufacturer.
