The head of the fund, Konstantin Kostin, explained that the leaders in terms of investment attractiveness are regions that combine the absolute volume and dynamics of investments in capital. He described investment in capital as “the only possible source of future growth in production and employment” and thus an increase in purchasing power.

According to the research, the leaders of the investment attractive regions, in addition to the above, were the Moscow, Leningrad, Tyumen and Sverdlovsk regions, Krasnoyarsk, Primorsky and Krasnodar regions.

These are followed by Crimea, Dagestan and Chechnya, Moscow, Kaliningrad and Voronezh regions, Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir and Rostov regions and Bashkiria.

Grading Buryatia, Chuvashia, Samara, Chelyabinsk and Volgograd regions, Amur, Tula and Orenburg regions, St. Petersburg, Sevastopol, Chukotka, Stavropol and Perm regions are closed by the Saratov and Ryazan regions.
