Shadayev: 2,000 IT companies may lose accreditation because they refuse to disclose tax data

Maksut Shadayev, the head of the ministry, said that by June 1, the Ministry of Digital Development may remove 2,000 organizations from the register of accredited IT companies due to its refusal to provide information that constitutes tax secrets. In this respect writer “Kommersant”.

In addition, according to Shadayev, IT companies that do not meet the average salary level can be excluded from the registry. In Moscow, this figure is 150 thousand rubles, in more than a million cities – 120 thousand, in other cities – 70 thousand.

Now in the Ministry of Digital Transformation registry accredited 22.2 thousand IT companies.

The government last October approved New conditions for accreditation of IT companies, previously proposed by the Ministry of Digital Development. The new rules relate to the types of activities of organizations, the share of revenue (at least 30%) that the company receives from activities in the field of IT, what information should be on the organization’s website. The requirements also include the average level of monthly payments to employees (not lower than the average salary in Russia or in a particular region). In addition, accreditation requires consent to the disclosure of tax secrets to tax authorities.
