The French company Decathlon has found buyers for some of its stores in Russia, the government commission controlling foreign investments in the Russian Federation has already approved this agreement. “Decathlon has found buyers for some of its stores in our country… The Government Commission on Control of Foreign Investments in Russia approved the application for this agreement. The fields are located in different regions, it is not considered strategic for the company, ”the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation told the publication.

The Izvestia source states that we are talking about the sale of five stores in some regions. According to him, the network is increasing its presence in large areas. So, last year the retailer closed the deal and bought two sites. The government commission also granted permits for these stores.
