The Ministry sent the document to the Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Energy, Federal Tax Office and Court of Accounts.
As the newspaper noted, in order to introduce a new tax it was necessary to develop a law “On the tax on excess earnings of past years” and change chapters 1 and art. 270 2nd part of the Tax Code (TC). A one-time fee is planned to be formalized as an “emergency tax”, for which a new type of tax is proposed to be corrected in the Tax Code.
According to the newspaper, while large enterprises have to transfer the fee until January 28, 2024 at the latest, you will be able to get a discount if you pay in advance.
On April 29, the Ministry of Finance supplied a draft law on a one-time contribution of companies to the budget of 300 billion rubles.
