“This applies to the payment cycle received by us under the coordination of the Ministry of Finance and the Treasury. These are events that can happen in commercial relations and have happened before,” he said.
He stressed that the previously stated $20 billion that the Turkish side promised to pay to the Russian side as a gas delay after the May 14 elections is not true.
