“Danieli’s departure from the Russian market is linked to his inability to sell equipment in Russia due to the sanctions regime established by the European community,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
According to a company representative, Danieli is unable to supply equipment to Russia due to customs restrictions. The company’s products should be transported by heavy vehicles and ships, then the metallurgical equipment should be assembled at the construction site.
Danieli Group is one of the largest suppliers of equipment and installations for the metalworking industry. The company is the third largest company in the world in terms of supply.
