The Russian government offers to provide entrepreneurs engaged in housing construction in the Crimea with the opportunity to take advantage of the preferences of participants in the free economic zone (FEZ) created on the peninsula. This was expressed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustnin.
According to him, SEB is one of the most effective tools that allow to increase the number of investors in Crimea. The Prime Minister noted that the ruble of aid provided to its participants corresponds to more than three rubles of private investment, the volume of which is about 300 billion rubles.
“… it is proposed to extend this mechanism to the implementation of projects in the field of residential construction. Entrepreneurs will be given preferences in urban planning and land use, it will become easier for the inhabitants of the peninsula to choose and buy plots on which modern, comfortable houses will be built, ”said Mishustinp (quotation according to TASS).
The Russian State Duma adopted at first reading a draft law providing for the creation of a free economic zone (FEZ) in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, as well as tax advantages for its participants in the new regions.
