A targeted service selection and support measures mechanism for entrepreneurs was launched on the SME.RF digital platform. This was reported by the press service of SME Corporation.

The company announced that the proactive mode was developed by the company and has been operating in test mode since December 2022. It is stated that the platform evaluates the digital profile of a business using a proprietary algorithm and offers support measures suitable for a particular entrepreneur.

Alexander Isaevich, Managing Director of SME Company, said that the choice of proactive support measures is a new format for communication between government and business.

“Implementation is one of the priorities in the concept of creating a digital platform for small and medium businesses. Thanks to the launch of a new algorithm, the state is now literally coming to the side of the entrepreneur and showing how much it is ready to help his business.”

According to him, in a proactive mode, the digital platform not only selects the appropriate support measures according to the business profile, but also independently checks the compliance of the enterprise with the conditions for taking each support measure. The MSP.RF algorithm also analyzes what might prevent the user from receiving government support.

It is pointed out that the digital profile of the business must be activated for the algorithm to work. Now the algorithm can check for more than 20 major stopping factors. They are provided by both federal legislation and regional regulations governing the provision of state support.

Depending on the results of the data processing, the SME.RF Digital Platform can immediately proceed to the submission of an application, which will automatically contain data known to the platform. In addition, a list of measures potentially available to the user is compiled: they determine the stopping factors that must be eliminated in order not to receive a refusal in the application. At the same time, the platform will tell you how to fix the deficiencies, where to get the missing information or check it.

The MSP.RF digital platform was developed by the SME Company in conjunction with the Ministry of Economic Development. The creation, development, implementation of the platform is provided by the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises”, supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov.
